The benefits of an organisation workspace
Sharing classes and student lists
Educators have access to shared classes and student lists, so they do not need to create the same lists separately for different classes or groups.
Sharing resources
Educators can share projects and teaching resources with one another within the same Workspace. This makes it easier to collaborate and consistently use resources developed together. It also helps establish and improve teaching standards across the whole organisation.
Students’ progress data
The organisation collects results from lessons conducted with Classwise. This allows, for example, a school to monitor students’ engagement and learning progress.
A secure, gradual rollout across the school
Not every educator needs their own Classwise kit from the outset. A school can start with just one or two sets and use them across different classes.
The equipment can be moved between classrooms, while data and resources remain available within a single organisation workspace. This allows the school to monitor how the system is being used and assess its impact, helping it draw conclusions and gradually expand the use of Classwise across multiple classes.
Organisation Workspace versus Personal Workspace
Joining an organisation does not affect your personal account. You can switch between your personal space and the organisation’s workspace at any time – they serve a different purpose.
Note: Student data and other sensitive data are kept separate and are only accessible within their respective workspaces. They cannot be transferred between an organisation workspace and a personal workspace.
The projects you create (educational resources) are available across all your workspaces. You can keep them private, share them with selected people or the whole organisation, or publish them to the public Classwise Library.
