How to swap Classpads?

You can swap a Classpad for another if it has technical problems or is running low on battery.

Step 1

To do this, go to the Device panel. Then find the Classpad you want to swap, e.g. Classpad no. 4, and hover over it. Click on the three dots icon next to the Student/Classpad name and select “Swap Classpad”.

Step 2

Remove the Classpad you want to swap to (e.g. Classpad no. 11) from the Docking Station and click on its icon – a swap icon will appear on the Classpad’s outline.

Step 3

Confirm Classpad assignment swap.

The Classpads will swap numbers and the light pattern. You can put the swapped Classpad back into the Docking Station.

Important: You can only swap Classpads when both devices are removed from the Docking Station.
