How to share a private project with other users

This feature will come in handy if you don’t want to make your project public, but want to give selected people access to it. Find out how to do it.

Step 1

In the My resources tab:

Find the project you want to share. Click the three dots on the right and select Share.

In the Project Creator view:

Hover over the Publish button and select the Share privately option.

Step 2

Enter the email address of the person you want to share the project with, or copy the link and send it to the selected person(s). You can also choose the permissions you want to grant.

Step 3

The person who receives the email will find the Open project button in the body of the email.

The project is saved in the Shared with me folder.
