How to import a spreadsheet with questions
This option is useful when you already have a question bank in an external file or from another tool.
Step 1
Click Create a project in the top-right corner of the screen and select Import from Excel.

Step 2
To import an Excel spreadsheet into Classwise, make sure it follows the required template. If you don’t have it yet, you can download it directly from the app.
In the spreadsheet:
- Identify a question type
- Add the question
- Add answers in the following columns
- Enter the number of the correct answer
Once complete, save your file.

Step 3
Click Import from Excel, then select Import from a file and upload your document.
Choose whether you want to create a quiz or an educational game.
Then click Import
After a while, the questions will appear in the wizard. You can edit them.

Importing a Presentation
You can also import your own presentation in PPTX or PDF format.
Step 1
Click Create a project in the top-right corner of the screen and then to import a multimedia presentation, select Import from PPTX or PDF.

Step 2
Once you clicked Import from PPTX or PDF select Import from a file and attach your file.
After a moment, your presentation opens with the imported content displayed as images.

Step 3
Once imported:
- You cannot edit the text in your imported presentation
- You can add text (text fields) to your presentation
- You can add a variety of interactive elements to your presentation
