When to charge Classpads?
To ensure that Classpads are always ready, we recommend charging them during breaks and after classes.
Classpads should be charged when their LED flash red or the charge level in the Device Panel indicates a battery level below 10%.

How do I know Classpads need charging?
Classpad’s LED charge level indicator is on the side. When the battery charge drops to 10%, the LED starts flashing red. You can check the exact charge level of each Classpad in the Devices panel in the Classwise app.

How do I charge Classpads?
To charge Classpads, insert them into the Docking Station and then connect the Docking Station for charging.

What cable to use for charging?
Devices should be charged in the Docking Station with the original charger included in the kit.

How long will the battery last on a single charge?
Classpads have a minimum operating time of 8 hours on a full charge.

What is the charge time for Classpads?
It takes a maximum of 3 to 4 hours to charge 40 Classpads, depending on the level of discharge.

How do Classpads signal the end of the charging process?
When the Classpad LEDs flash green, it means the charging process is complete and you can disconnect the charger.
