Classpad sits in the wrong slot in the docking station

When a Classpad is placed in a slot assigned to another Classpad that is currently being used by a student, a dedicated warning status appears.

Do one of the following:

  • Insert Classpad 2 into the second slot.
  • Insert Classpad 2 into another slot that is not assigned to any device.
  • Insert Classpad 1 into the second slot or into another slot that is not assigned to any device.
  • Remove Classpad 2 from the docking station.

If more Classpads are affected, follow the same steps, making sure that each Classpad is inserted either in its own assigned slot or in an unassigned slot.
