If Classpad runs out of battery during a game or quiz, the app will display a message that the connection to the device has been lost.

To allow the student to continue taking part in the game or quiz, replace the discharged Classpad with another one available in the docking station. Detailed instructions on swapping Classpads can be found here: Swapping or replacing Classpads during an activity. Once the swap is complete, resume the quiz or game.
If the game or quiz is interrupted due to a lost connection to a Classpad, the app will show who has already answered and who has not yet responded.

To keep the Classpads ready for use at all times, we recommend charging them during breaks and whenever they are not being used in the classroom.
