App does not detect Control Hub

Windows should automatically detect the connected Classwise Control Hub device and install the necessary drivers. This usually takes a few seconds, up to a minute.

However, it may happen that, for some reason, Windows cannot install the required drivers. In such a case, you must do it manually.
Below is a brief guide to installing the drivers manually.

Step 1

Download the driver installer: Download

Step 2

Run the downloaded CH341SER.EXE file.

Step 3

First, click the “Uninstall” button. Then click the “Install” button.
